1 Check and adjust the slurry pump impeller and front fender gap. Gap should generally 0.75-1.0mm.

2 Adjust the motor rotation direction. The direction of rotation of the motor should ensure consistency with the direction of the provisions shall not reverse rotation, otherwise it will cause slurry pump tripping or damage to other parts. 3 To adjust the drive apparatus. Elastic pin coupling the drive should Shang Hao dowel pin and shield. By belt should Shang Hao belt, adjust tension and Shang Hao shield.

4 Fasteners adjustments. Slurry on all fasteners and tighten with a wrench.

5 Lubricants added. Lubrication oil brackets should be added “manual” specified in accordance with the position before driving the oil standard oil lines.
