The structure characteristics of ZJ type slurry pump

The pump type of ZJ pump is a double-layer shell structure. The outer layer is a metal shell pump
(front pump shell and back pump shell),and the material is usually HT200 or QT500-7; the inner shell can be made of high chromium alloy cast iron (including the spiral case, front fender and rear guard board), or made of rubber (including front and back volutes).
The impeller is composed of a front cover plate, back, back and leaf blade. Leaf blade is twisted, slurry pump and is usually with 3-6 working together. The lateral dorsal leaf distributes in the front cover and the back cover, usually 8 pieces. Impeller material is made of high chromium alloy cast iron, and the impeller and the shaft are threaded connection.
Structural characteristics of the SP type submerged pump:
The liquid pump body, impeller and fender are made of wear-resistant materials. The structure is simple and the installation is convenient. The pump body is fixed on the support by bolts, and the upper of the bracket body mounted bearing which by the end of the pump with double row tapered roller bearings, and the drive end with single row cylindrical roller bearings which has the maximum axial load. The bearing body is provided with a motor or motor support, which can be used in direct drive or triangle belt transmission, and the sheave can be easily replaced, in order to change the pump speed, meet the changing conditions and the change when pump is wear. The bracket is provided with the installation plate which can be easily mounted in a frame foundation or concrete foundation. The pump should be submerged in the slurry tank, and there is a filter in the entrance of pump system to prevent large particles into the pump.
