Slurry repair and maintenance are the following six main content
( 1 ) Check the pump inlet valve before the filter , the filter is damaged, if damaged should be replaced to avoid the debris into the sump pump , and regularly clean the filter outside debris ;
( 2 ) The disintegration of the pump casing and impeller , cleaning , reassemble , adjust the clearance between impeller and pump casing , impeller for damage and corrosion conditions should analyze the causes and timely manner , check the impeller is inhaled foreign body ;
( 3 ) Cleaning seals , bushings system . Replacement of oil in order to maintain good lubrication ;
( 4 ) Replace packing filler , and adjusted to the appropriate tightness ;
( 5 ) Check the field instrument , which indicates whether the correct , flexible and easy on the failure of the instrument to be replaced ;
( 6 ) Check the pump ‘s import and export valves , valve for wear , if there is internal leakage , etc., should be replaced if leakage within the valve.

Precautions when starting pump
( 1 ) Check the pump and outlet piping , valves , flanges, whether has tight, loose bolts , coupling ( on wheels ) is connected, pressure gauges , thermometers are sensitive easy to use ;
( 2 ) Crank 2 to 3 laps to observe the pump rotation is flexible , whether there is abnormal sound ;
( 3 ) Check the oil cup oil volume is 1/ 3 to 1 /2.
If the pump is inverted power source for the motor , pump status of a reversal may be a three-phase motor power connection is wrong, the three-phase power swap any two locations , you can change the direction of rotation of the pump ; if the power source is diesel engine , it may be connected to the belt even wrong .

After turning the pump if the pump is turning normally no water but no water , possible reasons are:
( 1 ) Intake clogged with debris , debris should be removed after filtration devices installed in the suction port ;
( 2 ) Suction pipe or meter leak , possibly suction tube with trachoma, or between pipe and tube , pipe and instrumentation tainted point before the weld or gasket seal is not good ;
( 3 ) Suction lift is too high , reduce the suction height ;
( 4 ) Impeller occurred cavitation ;
( 5 ) The amount of fluid injection pump is not enough ;
( 6 ) There is air in the pump , close the pump outlet valve, slurry pump manufacturer open circuit valve , the air discharge ;
( 7 ) Water resistance is too large , you should check or clean the pipe length outlet .
Start the load is too large pump has just started will appear overload situation may be due to :
( 1 ) Does not turn off when the start of the discharge pipe valve, gate valve handle is turned off , restart the pump ;
( 2 ) Packing pressure tight, get in the water or water seal lubricated tube through the water, you should relax filler or part of the fault seal checks , and for the inspection results to eliminate them.
