API610 SCCY Long Shaft Submerged Pump
Introduction
The pumps are submerged centrifugal pumps of vertical, multi-stage, single-suction, guide-vane and long-axis type designed to API 610 11th.
These pumps are suitable for conveying a variety of clean or contaminated, low or high temperature medium, chemically neutral or corrosive medium, especially for low speed, high lift and limited installation space.

This series of pumps are widely used in municipal engineering, metallurgical steel, chemical papermaking, sewage treatment, power plants and farmland water conservancy projects.

Structural Features
① The sealed chamber is not in contact with the medium, and there is no leakage point of the dynamic seal. The shaft seal can use mechanical seal or packing.
② The bearing can be lubricated with dry oil or thin oil, and equipped with water cooling function to make the pump run safer and last longer.
③ Pumps adopt the design theory of flexible shaft and takes multi-point support structure. Support point span meets API 610 standard requirements.
④ Bushings are available in different material configurations to suit different operating conditions, such as silicon carbide, filled tetrafluoroethylene, graphite impregnated materials, ductile iron and so on.
⑤ Pumps is provided with conical sleeve shaft structure to be high coaxiality, accurate positioning and reliable transmission torque.
⑥ The pump suction is equipped with a filter to filter the pumped medium to prevent blockage.
⑦ The bearing is provided with a bushing, and the bearing components can be integrally installed. It is not necessary to lift the pump as a whole when replacing the mechanical seal so that the maintenance is simple and quick.
